At Circana, I created Power Apps that replaced manual spreadsheet, email, and task-based processes for gathering project estimates, resourcing, and dataset upgrade requirements. The apps used Dataverse, security roles, automated emails, and exports to support enterprise workflows.
I also converted an Adobe RoboHelp knowledge base into a SharePoint site and facilitated monthly reviews of project requests with cross-functional departments. I trained users and served as a technology liaison on global product upgrade projects.
At Houston Independent School District, I was the senior technical business analyst and subject matter expert for the TADS teacher appraisal systems. I documented requirements and process flows, supported QA and UAT, and provided training for systems used by teachers, principals, and appraisers.
Earlier, at Gexa Energy, I worked across project management, business analysis, and technical development on billing and customer systems. My work included requirements, testing, project planning, and serving as a technical subject matter expert for document presentment and customer account applications.
