At Florida International University, I deliver Tier II technical support for faculty, staff, and department systems, resolving complex Windows, macOS, network, and remote-connectivity incidents.

I manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and security access, configure endpoints remotely through Bomgar, and use ServiceNow to triage, escalate, and track incidents through resolution.

I've also created SOPs, knowledge base articles, and documentation that improve support processes and incident-response workflows. My earlier Tier I role strengthened my ability to support users by phone, email, and ticketing systems.

Beyond enterprise helpdesk work, I've managed Shopify operations, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and customer inquiries at The Smoky Box LLC. I bring bilingual English and Spanish support experience across higher education, corporate, e-commerce, and clinical IT environments.
