I am seeking a remote-friendly role where I can provide administrative and customer support, manage calendars and communications, and help improve operational efficiency while growing in responsibility.

I am a detail-oriented administrative and customer support professional with over three years of experience providing virtual support, managing communications, and coordinating tasks for leadership and operational teams. I excel at handling customer inquiries via chat and email, maintaining high standards of written English, and ensuring timely, accurate responses.

In my current role I manage executive calendars across time zones, organize digital filing systems, coordinate events and meetings, and create and post content for social platforms to improve brand visibility. I have hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Zendesk, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoho CRM, and HubSpot, and I consistently meet deadlines while multitasking in fast-paced remote environments.

I bring a proactive, professional approach to client and stakeholder communications, project coordination, and administrative tasks, and I aim to support teams by improving operational efficiency and sustaining excellent client relations.
