What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead instructional design and EMR implementation projects, mentor clinicians, and scale training programs that improve adoption and patient outcomes.

I am an ABC-certified clinician and healthcare project manager with over seven years of experience in instructional design, clinical training, patient care, and EMR implementation. I design learner-centered curricula and scalable programs that drive adoption and improve staff performance.

I have led virtual and in-person trainings for large clinician groups, developed accredited CEU courses, and created multimedia content libraries and e-learning modules used across regions. I founded and globally scaled the "Partners in Practice Program," producing mentor toolkits, guidebooks, and facilitator resources.

My background as a certified prosthetist-orthotist and resident clinician informs my practical approach to workflow optimization, change management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
