I’m looking to help beauty businesses grow through stronger operations, team coaching, technology adoption, and exceptional customer experiences.

I've helped people and beauty businesses grow for more than 26 years, most notably as Co-Owner of Michael the Salon, where I led a team of 10–15 stylists, strengthened operations, and built training that expanded the customer experience.

Now at Excuria Salon and Spa, I enhance guest experiences as a Head Spa Specialist and Nail Technician while coordinating services, training stylists, sharing product knowledge, and supporting day-to-day salon operations. I’m most energized by developing people, improving systems, and helping professionals succeed through education, technology, and exceptional service.
