I’m a detail-oriented professional with nearly 5 years of experience across customer service, bookkeeping/accounting, and administrative support, and I’m currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Business while completing Human Resource Management training. I bring strong HR process capability—especially HR compliance, employee onboarding, and payroll—paired with clear, professional communication and a people-first mindset.

In my bookkeeping work, I maintained accurate records in QuickBooks Online, processed payroll, supported monthly reporting and reconciliations, and handled accounts receivable and accounts payable with consistency. I also support day-to-day operations through roles that require discretion, accuracy, and calm problem-solving—from resolving customer concerns and managing point-of-sale operations to delivering patient care documentation as a Certified Nursing Assistant—so I can contribute reliably in an HR Specialist or Assistant position.
