I’m looking for a role where I can lead talent acquisition and HR operations end-to-end—building scalable pipelines, improving hiring and onboarding processes, and using Workday and data to deliver a great candidate experience.

I’m a senior Talent Acquisition and HR Operations professional who partners with leadership teams to attract, hire, and retain top talent. I specialize in designing, standardizing, and optimizing recruitment and onboarding processes, whether building scalable frameworks from the ground up or transforming existing workflows to improve efficiency and consistency. I lead end-to-end talent acquisition and HR operations—from sourcing through onboarding—ensuring hiring strategies align with business objectives and support sustainable organizational growth.

With extensive experience across multiple HR technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems, including Workday, Taleo, BambooHR, and Breezy HR, I leverage automation, process optimization, and recruitment analytics to streamline operations, eliminate bottlenecks, and enable data-driven hiring decisions.

In my most recent role as Talent Acquisition – Senior Recruitment Team Leader, I led full-cycle recruitment while developing scalable talent pipelines through a diverse sourcing strategy that included LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, employee referral programs, professional networking, and strategic partnerships. I planned and executed targeted recruitment marketing campaigns, managed job advertisements across multiple platforms, and implemented regional boosting strategies to maximize visibility and candidate flow in high-demand markets. Working closely with Operations and Sales leadership, I forecast workforce needs, developed data-driven hiring strategies, and aligned recruitment initiatives with the organization's growth objectives.

I also led recruitment process transformation by redesigning and standardizing full-cycle hiring workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, improving the candidate experience, increasing hiring quality, and strengthening collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders. Additionally, I developed comprehensive onboarding programs that ensured compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, while delivering executive-level reporting on recruitment performance, hiring forecasts, workforce availability, and key talent acquisition metrics.

Previously, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, I managed full-cycle recruitment across APAC, Europe, LATAM, and North America, overseeing sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding for a wide range of technical and business functions. My broader HR experience as an HR Generalist further strengthened my expertise in employee relations, HR compliance, documentation, and the employee lifecycle, while my experience with Workday enabled me to support continuous improvements across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
