At Applichat, I lead strategic relationship development for public health and workforce campaigns, including the Colorado Office of eHealth Innovation’s Rural Telehealth Campaign and Oregon public service initiatives.

I build partnerships with healthcare providers, community-based organizations, subject matter experts, and marketing firms to strengthen outreach infrastructure, campaign visibility, and community participation. My work centers culturally responsive, community-informed engagement.

As an Equity Advisor and Community Champion with Nurse Recruitment Experts, I advance workforce access for Oregon’s Latino community with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I research systemic employment barriers, identify service gaps, and develop recommendations for inclusive recruitment and culturally responsive hiring.

Earlier, I generated more than $10M in revenue as a remote design consultant and sales professional, earned Top 5 Sales Representative recognition, and developed 500+ qualified leads through full-cycle consultative relationship management.
