I've supported Army workforce initiatives at North South Consulting Group, conducting organizational assessments, evaluating program effectiveness, and delivering executive recommendations that drive continuous improvement.

I completed more than 20 enterprise assessments across the Army Ready and Resilient portfolio and led the Army Employee Assistance Program measurability assessment for Army Headquarters leadership.

At U.S. Army Cadet Command, I directed learning, leadership development, and organizational development initiatives supporting 300,000 cadets, 4,000 instructors, and 1,700 educational institutions. I led a three-year modernization effort with a cross-functional team of more than 100 educators, instructional designers, technology specialists, and contractors.

I'm an Army veteran who brings organizational assessment, stakeholder engagement, change management, program evaluation, and practical implementation guidance to enterprise workforce challenges.
