At CrossFit, LLC, I owned NPS for a network of more than 10,000 affiliates, tracking trends and closing the loop through retention and win-back programs. I also led communications through the first pricing change in 11 years while protecting NPS and trust.

I replaced fragmented reporting and dashboards with a single automated system, raising visibility without adding headcount. I also created and maintained process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and reference documentation for the affiliate team.

At CrossFit Greer, I owned the affiliate business’s P&L, budgeting, facilities, and maintenance. As Head Coach, I taught the CrossFit methodology, built affiliate programming, and mentored new coaches.

At Truist Bank – Presidents Team, I led and coached a team of up to 25 employees, owned the departmental budget, and oversaw regional projects. I also ensured compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations, governance, and risk management.
