What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead cross-functional compliance, operations, and transformation initiatives where I can strengthen governance, improve processes, deliver actionable reporting, and align business and technology teams.

At Kelly, I manage concurrent compliance and operational initiatives for enterprise client programs, aligning governance, regulatory requirements, and implementation activities.

I partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners to assess requirements, identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues across cross-functional teams.

I build process documentation, workflows, dashboards, performance metrics, and executive-ready reporting that support operational improvements and informed leadership decisions. My reporting and analytics work uses Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Google BigQuery to surface trends, KPIs, and resource-planning opportunities.

Previously, I coordinated onboarding projects and managed 20+ simultaneous candidate engagements while maintaining service-level commitments. I'm PMP- and CSM-certified, bringing PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery practices to process modernization and continuous improvement.
