What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own Microsoft 365 and email security—investigate account compromises, strengthen identity and mail flow controls, and improve incident response quality for enterprise teams.

I’m a Microsoft 365 and Email Security Specialist with 10+ years supporting enterprise and SMB environments. In my Senior Support Technician role, I investigate Microsoft 365 account compromise incidents by identifying attacker persistence, restoring secure access, and driving remediation. I also serve as a Subject Matter Expert for email delivery, spam filtering, and Microsoft 365 mail flow, resolving complex escalations for enterprise and executive clients.

I administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory—user provisioning, licensing, mailbox permissions, security groups, and policy enforcement—while reviewing Microsoft Entra ID sign-in activity and identity alerts to detect suspicious behavior and support incident response. Previously, at ZIX | AppRiver, I provided email security platform support, focusing on SMTP, mail authentication, phishing analysis, and threat remediation by investigating phishing, malware, spoofing, and account compromise incidents.
