I've spent 30+ years partnering with founders, CEOs, boards, lenders and investors to transform founder-led businesses into scalable, institutionally managed organizations.

At BigTeams, I partnered with the CEO and SWaN & Legend on pricing transformation, forecasting, treasury, board reporting and lender relationships. I led the PlanetHS acquisition from sourcing through integration and spearheaded a sale process that exceeded investor expectations.

As Co-Founder and CFO of Blue Canopy Group, I built finance, banking, reporting and operations from inception, secured receivables financing and supported rapid growth before the company became part of Jacobs Engineering. At Chicken Out Rotisserie, I helped grow the business from 3 to 24 locations and approximately $3M to $30M in revenue while raising equity and managing debt financing.

I've raised more than $25M in debt and equity capital, led acquisitions and post-close integration, and built institutional reporting, KPI dashboards and forecasting. My approach is to understand people, earn trust, create early wins and leave every organization stronger.
