Nick Tammerine

I've co-founded Beautiful Refinement Children's Therapy and built its finance function, financial infrastructure, and operating processes from zero revenue. I lead FP&A, cash-flow management, reporting, revenue-cycle activities, profitability analysis, and growth decisions across staffing, pricing, service expansion, and partnerships.

Previously, I led finance and accounting for Yark Automotive Group, a roughly $500M, eight-dealership organization, directing a 20-person team and reducing month-end close from approximately 12 days to five days or fewer. At KPMG, I advised on acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, purchase accounting, business combinations, and financial reporting.

My foundation was built across 40+ restructuring engagements at Alvarez & Marsal, where I developed 13-week cash-flow forecasts, liquidity analyses, working-capital analyses, and executive decision support. I also led hedge fund services teams at Northern Trust and introduced Tableau reporting used by hundreds of stakeholders.
