I'm looking to help growth-stage, PE-backed, or public companies build scalable finance infrastructure, improve performance visibility and cash flow, lead capital events, and create measurable enterprise value.

I've led finance, transformation, and value creation across CloudHesive, Ventec Life Systems, DOMIO, TransUnion, Bio-Rad, Arrow Electronics, Stryker, and DIRECTV. My work spans public companies, PE-backed businesses, and growth-stage organizations across cloud services, technology-enabled services, medtech, diagnostics, media, and multinational operations.

At CloudHesive, I helped deliver 49% net revenue CAGR and a 57% ending gross margin, secured $24M in equity capital and a $16M debt facility, and led the Dextr and Eplexity acquisitions. I also built five-year SaaS planning and BI capabilities that reduced forecast variance to under 5% and extended revenue visibility from six to 18 months.

I've delivered major turnarounds and growth outcomes, including more than $30M in budget-year savings at Ventec, 28% revenue CAGR and 260% EBITDA CAGR at TransUnion's Specialized Risk Group, and global P&L leadership for Bio-Rad's $1.4B international sales organization. I partner closely with CEOs, boards, investors, and operating teams to improve cash flow, strengthen finance infrastructure, and turn strategy into measurable performance.
