Built a $1 billion enterprise financial architecture integrating P&L, cash-flow, and balance-sheet discipline across business units. Built the 'Builder-to-Sustainer' finance architecture now used to evaluate and scale new portfolio acquisitions.

Built the company's finance function from scratch and produced the integrated five-year model that closed a $60M raise ahead of schedule. Re-architected Chart of Accounts, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow into GAAP-aligned precision adopted by auditors and investors.

Realigned the division to a geographic P&L structure, replaced the legacy planning stack with Anaplan, and contributed to a $50M operating-income improvement. Drove same-day P&L visibility through market-level dashboards, accelerating decision speed across the field organization.

Led the public-company REIT-to-operator transformation: restructured all debt, restored SEC compliance, uplisted to NYSE American, and grew headcount from 4 to 600. Renegotiated preferred-equity terms across all share classes; upheld covenants throughout the transition.

Delivered $47M of realized economic value: a $22M hedging gain on aluminum-foil exposure plus a $25M Chick-fil-A national account secured through pricing innovation. Established company-wide CapEx forecasting and governance; modernized FP&A cadence from monthly to weekly.

Launched Right Start for Kids (RS4K), the nation's first pediatric-first dental program, lifting underwriting gain 36% year over year. Built three self-sufficient cross-functional teams that continue to drive margin gains post-tenure.

Led the company's financial restructuring: cut cash burn from 20:1 to under 1:1 in one year and restored covenant compliance. Increased weekly cash from $0.4M to $4.6M; reduced DSO to 30 days and DPO to 45.
