What I'm looking for

I am seeking an HR role focused on recruitment and team leadership in a collaborative company that supports learning, continuous improvement, and career growth.

I am a Human Resources professional with hands-on experience in recruitment, team management, and HR operations gained through internships and roles at HDFC Life and private firms. I have practical exposure to job portal management, job description creation, interviewing, shortlisting, payroll-related accounting tasks, and data entry.
