What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in recruiting/talent acquisition where I can own sourcing and end-to-end coordination—partnering with hiring managers, improving candidate pipelines, and delivering timely hires in a supportive, process-driven team.

I’m a Human Resource Recruiter with hands-on experience in recruitment, pre-screening, and sourcing through platforms like Naukri portal and Shine.com. I enjoy turning hiring requirements into structured outreach that helps teams find the right fit.

Most recently, I’ve been freelancing on manpower and talent acquisition “as per project requirement,” coordinating sourcing, candidate coordination, and hiring support. Previously at Tech Mahindra Kolkata, I handled recruitment workflows end to end—reviewing online portfolios and resumes, collaborating with hiring managers, sending recruiting emails, and following up with candidates.

During my HR Officer role at NIDAAN POLICLINIC AND DIAGNOSTIC CENTER, I supported recruitment & selection by both 3rd party and direct processes, while also managing employee-related documentation, doctors duty roster, and manual attendance. I also worked on conflict resolution and documentation for medical staff and doctors.

I bring extra perspective from my HR and sales internships, where I learned recruitment analysis, portal-based sourcing, and interview documentation. I’m motivated by continuous improvement in hiring processes, strong candidate communication, and delivering reliable coordination for teams and clients.
