What I'm looking for

I want to work in Cloud Ops and enterprise systems support where I can deliver SLA-driven reliability, lead root-cause analysis, and partner with OEM and internal teams to implement permanent corrective actions using ITIL and cloud architecture best practices.

I’m currently an HP Systems & Process Engineer / Technical Support Specialist at iOCO, providing engineering support for HP enterprise hardware, firmware, and network devices. I diagnose and resolve complex system integration issues, lead root cause analysis on recurring incidents, and implement corrective and preventative actions with OEM (HP) and internal teams. I manage incident lifecycles in line with SLA requirements while maintaining high availability.

Previously, as a Server Support Engineer at Evolution Technology Group, I delivered proactive monitoring and maintenance for client servers—handling upgrades, corrective maintenance, remote changes, and security patching. I supported customer tickets through service desk management and remote access tools, troubleshot network logs, and worked toward high availability and SLA compliance. I also produced and maintained technical documentation for network processes and procedures.

Earlier in my career, I built software as a Java Software Developer, including back-end work for a Spring-boot and Java microservices mobile application, plus transportation web products using Java, C/C++, JavaScript, HTML5, and XML. With my background in IT and cloud operations, I bring a practical, incident-to-prevention mindset—supported by ITIL processes, cloud architecture principles, and research experience in detecting network traffic anomalies.
