Operations and policy professional with decade+ experience improving programs, budgets, and inclusive service through data and leadership.
What I'm looking for
I’m a public-sector and education operations leader with over a decade of experience coordinating people, programs, and services while staying deeply committed to equity, accessibility, and inclusive service delivery.
In my current role as an Assistant Policy and Budget Analyst, I lead directors across 14 state agencies to develop and manage multi-million dollar budgets, interpret and apply financial policies and statutes, and serve as a liaison among agency leadership, internal teams, legislative partners, and executive offices.
Previously, as an Operations Manager at the University of Oregon, I supervised a team of 15, built onboarding systems and SOPs, and designed DEIB-aligned training and retention practices. I also created data tracking and reporting to reduce processing time by 50% and continually evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement.
