What I'm looking for
I’m a technical support and incident resolution specialist for businesses, with over eight years of experience in the sector. I’ve supported teams across companies including Airbnb and Booking.com, as well as Apple and more recently Microsoft.
In my most recent role, I worked as an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer handling Windows 11 Pro support, Microsoft Copilot 365, and migrations. I focus on troubleshooting efficiently, resolving incidents, and helping users move forward with reliable outcomes.
Before that, I supported hosts and guests at Airbnb, addressing CRM and reservation issues. At Booking.com, I provided technical support for businesses, working on CRM, online bookings, and payments.
Alongside IT support, I’m training for the Professional Certificate in Vocational Training (FP) for levels A, B, and C in Spain (CAPTIOMA GALICIA, S.L.), covering both face-to-face and distance learning.
