I am looking for a role that fosters growth and values data-driven decision-making.

I am a dynamic and detail-oriented data analyst currently working at PNC Bank, where I leverage my analytical skills to drive business decisions and improvements. My role involves taking high volumes of calls regarding disputes, analyzing data to identify patterns and trends, and developing reporting processes that present data-driven narratives to stakeholders. I am proficient in SQL and Python, which I use to cleanse and analyze data effectively.

Prior to my current position, I gained valuable experience as a Registered Dental Assistant and a Member Services Specialist at Maximus. These roles honed my interpersonal skills and taught me the importance of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. I am currently pursuing an Associate's in Nursing, further enhancing my knowledge in healthcare while continuing to develop my analytical capabilities through a Data Analyst Certification.
