I’m a Technical Support Specialist with more than four years of remote support experience, currently supporting commercial healthcare technology used across the United States and Canada. I’m AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, and I’ve been building hands-on technical support skills through portfolio projects focused on REST APIs, Postman, SQL, JSON, authentication, AWS and Azure logging, AWS IAM, Azure RBAC, and identity-related troubleshooting.

I’m targeting fully remote Technical Support Engineer, Product Support, Application Support, Enterprise Support, and Cloud Support roles where I can combine my existing case ownership and troubleshooting experience with increasingly technical work involving SaaS applications, APIs, data, cloud platforms, and identity/access.
