What I'm looking for

I am looking for an administrative or office-based position where I can use my 13 years of office experience and strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. I am looking for a stable, professional work environment where I can contribute to a team, stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and continue to grow my skills.

At Corporate Fleet Services, Inc., I organize and process more than 3,000 vehicle registration renewals nationwide, maintain client vehicle records, and resolve title, registration, and insurance issues with clients, agencies, insurers, and state DMVs.

I generate and reconcile 150+ monthly invoices using Sage Accounting, manage insurance certificates for 400+ customers, and produce daily reports through Advanced Leasing Systems. I bring more than 13 years of professional office experience and a consistent focus on accurate, timely client support.

Previously, I improved office efficiency by creating centralized physical and digital filing systems, building fillable forms, producing weekly Excel reports, processing toll payments, and supporting 18 employees.
