I'm looking to lead client success, operations, or strategic transformation work where I can redesign workflows, drive technology adoption, partner with senior stakeholders, and grow accounts through measurable outcomes.

I've led transformation, operations, and client success work across consulting, healthcare, retail, and enterprise services for 15+ years.

At The Mosaic, I launched a business, legal, and technology consulting practice and delivered an end-to-end engagement for a 50-person legal and accounting firm. I diagnosed workflow gaps across roughly 200 clients, audit coordination, and billing cycles, then implemented tools to improve turnaround time and client experience.

At Nexdigm, I led Process Excellence programs across Tax, BPO, and other business units, managing around 35 concurrent projects and maintaining 70% client CSAT. I partnered with CXOs and business heads to build cases for technology-led change, while creating QBR cadences, reporting, and reusable change-management templates.

Previously at Wellspring, I ran PAN-India preventive healthcare operations serving 50,000+ patients annually, cut diagnostic turnaround time by 40%, and scaled teleconsultation to 5,000+ patients in six months. I also grew renewals from 35% to 60%, upgrades from 20% to 40%, and NPS from 65 to 81 through stronger service operations and customer relationships.
