What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support customers reliably—using careful data handling, clear communication, and fast problem resolution—while continuing to learn through training in areas like AI and data science.

I’m a Customer Service Facilitator where I perform meticulous data entry to safeguard customer Data, Security, and Privacy information. I help customers with inquiries and resolve their issues, and I also facilitate courses that deliver detailed information about ICT and beyond.

Before that, I worked as a Line Cook at AVALA RESTURANT (March 2024–September 2024), learning to work in a fast-paced industry and get the job done quickly. I also worked as a Book Keeper, inserting information into books for record keeping while tending to customers’ needs and providing help where needed.
