I am an aspiring IT Network Specialist currently studying at NESC Technical Institute, transitioning from customer service and hospitality roles into the IT field. I bring practical experience in sales, food preparation and customer-facing roles developed across multiple employers.
During vocational training at the MIC Institute of Technology I earned a Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ) Level I in Commercial Food Preparation and had my work contract extended for 10 months in recognition of my performance. I have worked as a line cook, chef-in-training, and in sales at MIC, Victory Academy of Learning, Outpost Food Truck, and KBMA Trading.
I am hardworking, punctual, reliable and a team player who enjoys tinkering with computers and learning new technical skills. I am eager to apply my customer-service strengths and growing IT knowledge to contribute to an organization’s success.
