I’m a Customer Care Representative who assisted customers with account questions, billing concerns, and policy information through phone and online communication. At Humana, I maintained accurate customer records and updated information using computer systems and databases, resolving issues professionally while meeting productivity and performance goals in a remote environment.

Before that, I delivered exceptional customer service at Starbucks by greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving concerns while preparing beverages and food quickly and accurately. I also balanced registers, maintained a clean and safe work environment, and collaborated with my team during peak hours. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, and I’m looking to build on my customer support and data entry strengths in a role with growth.
