What I'm looking for

I’m transitioning to fully remote work and am seeking work that draws on my experience in computer-based data entry, documentation, issue resolution, scheduling, and coordination with customers, owners, and teams.

At United Parcel Service, I researched address exceptions, updated shipping information, and entered records for hazardous materials and damaged packages. I also handled package exceptions and returned corrected packages to the processing flow.

At Vacasa, I managed daily work orders, documented completed work in the company’s field app, and prepared post-service reports. I communicated service updates with property owners, guests, staff, and subcontractors.

At IDS Build, I supported construction projects from planning through completion by organizing tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation. I prepared material takeoffs and bids, and used Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, and Google Drive to review project information and coordinate with project partners.

I founded RESIDE Enterprises, a residential maintenance business serving the Vail Valley. I’m transitioning to fully remote work and bring experience in computer-based data entry, documentation, issue resolution, and scheduling.
