I’m a customer-focused professional with more than 18 years of experience building trusted client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering successful outcomes across project-based and digital service environments.

Currently, I work remotely for an Australian digital marketing agency, acting as the primary relationship manager between Australian eCommerce clients and distributed delivery teams across Australia, India, Pakistan, and the Philippines. I manage client communication, coordinate delivery, resolve escalations, facilitate meetings, and keep customers confident throughout the delivery lifecycle.

I bring structured execution to delivery operations—maintaining workflows in ClickUp, proactively identifying risks, and translating technical updates into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders. I also produce weekly performance reports summarising Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign performance, including ROAS, advertising spend, revenue, and sales.

Before this role, I owned and operated a contracting business for fifteen years, managing customer relationships from initial engagement through quotation, delivery, and after-sales support. I’m recognised for remaining calm under pressure, communicating clearly, building strong client relationships, and bringing teams together to achieve successful customer outcomes.
