What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead digital projects and operations in a fast-moving environment where I can build scalable systems, guide cross-functional teams, strengthen client delivery, and improve performance through clear processes and communication.

At The Connective Media Group, I built the company’s ClickUp environment, led its migration from Monday.com, and created workflows, automations, reporting processes, and a client onboarding portal to strengthen delivery across teams.

I’ve managed full-cycle website delivery, client communication, quality control, resources, and timelines for 40+ active clients at Tier3 Media. I also partnered with SEO teams on website updates that supported visibility and engagement.

Over more than 20 years at Keyline Design and in agency and entrepreneurial environments, I’ve directed digital projects, marketing campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional teams to support client growth, engagement, conversions, and revenue.

I bring the resilience and high standards of a former Olympian to busy, fast-moving work. I enjoy building better systems, coaching people, communicating clearly, and helping teams and clients achieve their goals.
