At LOGEX B.V., I improve core HR processes so they’re faster, simpler, and less manual. My work has included parental leave requests, an HR AI chatbot, and a Confluence redesign.
I built automated workflows in Personio and Power Automate for onboarding, contracts, and data retention. I also worked with IT and business stakeholders to connect systems through APIs and data management.
I helped align HR processes across countries while maintaining local flexibility, and introduced practical AI use cases and Copilot workshops to support ethical AI adoption. I also supported projects including LMS selection and PMO rollout by translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements.
Earlier at LOGEX B.V., I supported HR operations across countries, improved scalable onboarding checklists, and led position management automation. I also supported internal mobility and the transition to becoming an Own Risk Bearer (ERD).
