I'm currently a Graphic Arts Technician at IBERGRAFIC. My technical knowledge includes IT support, hardware and software maintenance, network fundamentals, cybersecurity, Microsoft Azure, and Windows Server.
I'm studying for a Higher Technician qualification in Networked Computer Systems Administration and hold Cisco and Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900). I'm seeking a junior IT support or Helpdesk N1 role where I can continue developing in systems and cybersecurity.
