At COS Global Services, I work as a Tecnico microinformático. I’m focused on IT systems and the modern workplace.
During my Técnico de TI internship at IRIUM, I resolved hardware and software incidents, administered systems, and supported users. I also used Remedy for ticketing and managed Active Directory.
I trained in Microcomputer Systems and Networks at Linkia FP, and I’m continuing a professional reinvention grounded in personal growth and work experience.
Earlier, I worked in production at Prefimetal S.A. and as an industrial painter at Consuegra S.Coop.Mad., including metal structure assembly, welding, painting, and screen printing.
