I'm seeking an entry-level IT support, systems administration, or software development role where I can apply my Red Hat training, Python skills, and customer-focused problem-solving.

I've supported customers at Traya Health and Vyapar Billing Software, resolving product questions, recommending solutions, and managing leads through the sales pipeline.

At Traya Health, I worked as a hair health coach, providing personalized product recommendations that supported customer satisfaction and retention. At Vyapar Billing Software, I handled inbound and outbound leads and contributed to customer engagement and revenue growth through sales strategies.
