What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product role where I can lead API-first platforms, use analytics to drive measurable outcomes, and partner closely with engineering to ship user-empathetic internal tools and AI-enabled experiences.

I’m a Digital Product Manager with 6+ years building API-first internal platforms and tools. I currently own two platforms at American Express that act as a system of record for reference data and partner content across 10+ downstream systems.

I use customer and behavioral analytics to guide product decisions and measure impact, with hands-on fluency across APIs, backend data models, and engineering collaboration. I’ve run agile ceremonies, maintained clear documentation, and delivered internal-tooling end to end with strong empathy for both internal stakeholders and end customers.

Highlights include cutting duplicated integrations by ~50% through RDS and MaPS governance, reducing onboarding time from 3–4 weeks to under 1 week, and driving validated amenity benefits growth from 864 to 3,100+. I also partnered on GPT-4 + RAG-based hotel recommendations by providing the Benefits and Supplier APIs (“Mix”) needed for accurate, personalized results beyond static training data.
