I seek a technical product role focused on API/platform integrations, observability, and cross-functional leadership where I can mentor teams and drive scalable, data-driven outcomes.

I am a Technical Product Manager with 10+ years leading API-first platforms, enterprise integrations, and data-centric solutions. I turn complex technical needs into clear, actionable roadmaps that enable faster delivery and greater stability.

At Shift Digital I led and coached analysts, owned enterprise roadmaps, and launched multiple large OEM clients while maintaining high stability across 20+ enterprise instances. I act as the organization's go-to SME for APIs, integrations, and ELMS functionality.

I drive technical enablement through Postman collections, BRDs, telemetry improvements with Application Insights, and developer-facing guides. I continually expand my technical depth with Databricks SQL, Kusto, and targeted code investigations to identify root causes.

I prioritize clear stakeholder alignment, measurable observability, and developer productivity—mentoring teams, improving system telemetry, and creating clarity for both business stakeholders and engineers.
