I’m an IT professional with over two years of hands-on field technician experience, delivering onsite hardware, software, and network support across multiple business locations, including healthcare environments. I install and configure workstations, printers, and peripheral devices, and I troubleshoot connectivity and equipment issues using independent judgment.

In my current role, I travel to assigned locations to set up and update computers, laptops, and printers so devices are ready for end users. I support network components such as switches, assist with basic cabling needs, and resolve login, equipment malfunctions, and Wi‑Fi connectivity problems—escalating more complex issues to senior IT staff when needed. I also create and update tickets to track issues and resolutions with clear documentation across multiple concurrent site visits.

I’m comfortable explaining technical issues to non-technical staff in simple terms while maintaining reliable, customer-focused communication. I also strengthen my capability through self-directed work—home networking and hardware setup—and ongoing development in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing & switching) using Cisco Packet Tracer, while pursuing CompTIA Network+ certification.
