At Search Atlas, I owned delivery for an AI-powered content generation platform across multiple product areas, scaling an 8-stage LLM and RAG workflow to 3,300+ articles/day at a 99.97% success rate while serving 8,400+ customers.

I’ve driven adoption and performance improvements end-to-end: growing Brand Vault to 18,700+ active customers and managing indexing of 11.7M URLs, while sustaining Topical Maps at 3,500+ maps/month with zero pipeline failures for three consecutive months. When issues hit production, I diagnosed and remediated critical failures—such as a 93% reduction in false-positive stuck articles and full remediation of an AI queue stall blocking active jobs—while maintaining zero SLA breaches and 8–9 releases per week.
