What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can turn messy, multi-stakeholder operations into intuitive digital products—running research, prototyping in Figma, and delivering end-to-end solutions while partnering closely with business and users.

I’m a Product Designer with a BSc in Computer Science and Management and 10+ years of operations experience. I specialize in transforming complex, multi-stakeholder workflows into intuitive digital products—bridging business operations and user-centred design.

At Caribbean Airlines, I designed, built, and deployed a custom automation tool that cut processing time from 105 minutes to 5 minutes—an 85% reduction in cycle time. I also led UX research and interaction design for a warehouse customs scanning application, reducing cognitive load on frontline staff and streamlining compliance verification workflows. During a major system migration, I served as acting departmental lead, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and maintaining business continuity with zero downtime escalations.

Before that, I strengthened operational performance as an Assistant Store Manager by designing and implementing SOPs that improved staff consistency and reduced error rates. I led onboarding and training programs for new staff, and I’m comfortable resolving escalated issues while keeping communication and stakeholder needs aligned—skills I bring directly to cross-functional product teams.

I bring full-stack delivery strength to UX outcomes, using Figma for wireframes and interactive prototypes and implementing with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL/MariaDB.
