I’m looking to lead enterprise digital transformation and technology programs—owning end-to-end delivery, governance, and risk—while partnering with C-suite stakeholders and strengthening information security and incident readiness.

I’m a Regional Technology Consulting Senior Manager with 20+ years of cross-industry experience delivering complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives across Banking, Insurance, IT Consulting, and conglomerate environments. I align cross-functional teams with enterprise strategy, strengthen governance, and use project management methodologies to accelerate time-to-market.

At PwC Barbados and Eastern Caribbean, I own the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure—managing scope, timelines, multi-million-dollar budgets, and change requests. I’ve led enterprise modernization efforts such as the Government of Dominica’s eCabinet/eFiling/DMS suite and Grenada’s Civil Registry digitalization, and I collaborate on system upgrades like the MS Dynamics SRL infrastructure upgrade for the Urban Development Commission of Trinidad.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Technical Project Manager and delivery lead for enterprise-scale banking systems, regulatory compliance infrastructure, and data architecture portfolios (including FATCA/CRS and customer data architecture work with MCIF/MDM). During a major cybersecurity incident at ANSA McAL, I led rapid stabilization and infrastructure rebuild with a secure, single-source-of-truth repository—supported by my information security and incident response knowledge (CISM, PMP, and change management credentials).
