I build fundraising, sales, and AI-enabled growth functions from the ground up.
What I'm looking for
At Case Western Reserve University, I built a national major-gifts function from the ground up, personally securing $7.1M in 18 months while recruiting and mentoring six major gift officers. I also served on the university-wide AI Task Force and reduced average proposal-development time from 20 hours to 2.5 through AI adoption.
Earlier, I built Vacasa's inside sales organization from one person to 32 direct reports, generating nearly $35M in new revenue in 18 months. Across technology startups, professional baseball, higher education, and consulting, I've built sales, fundraising, operations, and business-development systems that turn turnaround mandates into sustainable growth.
