I'm looking to build hard-to-find technical and leadership talent pipelines, partner closely with hiring leaders, and create scalable recruiting structure for growing organizations.

I've recruited technical and leadership talent for Meta, CVS Health/Aetna, In-N-Out Burger, and Golden State Foods, managing complex searches across software engineering, AI/ML, data, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and executive leadership.

At Meta, I managed 35–45 complex searches, delivered 25–30+ hires per month, maintained a 95% offer acceptance rate, and recruited specialized engineers for early smart-glasses initiatives. I build passive-candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, talent mapping, Boolean search, market intelligence, and high-touch candidate engagement.
