What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building compliant, localized international HR operations, with opportunities to lead employee relations, people-risk management, mobility, and full-scope HRBP work across global teams.

At Sunwoda Mobility Energy Technology, I lead overseas HR compliance, employee relations, international HR operations, and Morocco HRBP support across markets including Thailand, Japan, Korea, Hungary, France, Germany, the U.S., and Morocco.

I manage employee lifecycles, localized policies and contracts, PEO/EOR/HRO vendors, payroll reviews, and more than 1,000 annual international visa cases. I also handle complex employee-relations matters and connect headquarters with local teams to make overseas operations practical and compliant.

Previously at XPeng Motors, I supported 20+ overseas entities, coordinated a headquarters relocation for approximately 2,000 employees, and led a national health program for nearly 20,000 employees that reduced costs by 8% and achieved 92% satisfaction.
