I'm currently leading end-to-end operations at Lakmé Academy Jammu, where I manage center performance, revenue, admissions, fee collection, and client relationships while reporting directly to the Managing Director.

I lead and mentor a seven-person team of trainers, tele-callers, and front-desk staff, oversee onboarding and training, and convert inquiries into enrollments through tele-calling and in-person consultations. I also manage social media activity to support lead generation and brand visibility.

Previously, at TD Insurance in Halifax, I built and serviced customer insurance policies, advised clients on coverage and endorsements, and resolved policy and billing concerns in a hybrid team environment.

Across Domino's locations in Ontario and Nova Scotia, I managed full store operations, P&L-related costs, scheduling, hiring, training, food quality, ordering, sales goals, and customer-service teams. I bring additional logistics exposure from UPS, dispatch training, material handling, and B2B sales.
