What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level HR opportunity where I can support recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, documentation, and HR reporting while learning from an organized, people-focused team.

I've supported recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, documentation, confidential record handling, and Excel-based MIS reporting through my HR internship work.

In my recruitment project, I studied hiring from job requirements through screening, interviews, selection, and documentation, reviewing a 40-response HR dataset to recommend stronger candidate tracking and communication. I also designed and analysed an employee satisfaction survey, identifying engagement drivers and suggesting practical actions around recognition, feedback, communication, and employee support.
