I’m an HR Executive intern who’s passionate about helping teams grow through better hiring, smooth onboarding, and dependable HR operations. I completed an internship at Ascend & Intellect Pvt. Ltd (Remote), where I gained hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and key HR operations.

In my internship, I contributed to the acquisition of talent by screening candidates and coordinating the interview process. I also assisted with onboarding so that paperwork and induction felt smooth for new hires, while supporting HR operations and compliance.

I bring strong communication, organization, leadership, and teamwork to a professional HR environment, and I’m actively building my analytical capability through certifications like Business Analysis Basic and structured tools like MS Excel. I’m now looking for an opportunity where I can enhance my expertise while contributing to the organization’s productivity and effectiveness.
