I've supported end-to-end recruitment at Sameera Groups in Chennai, screening 100+ resumes weekly, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews across departments.

I also assisted with onboarding through offer-letter preparation, document collection, induction coordination, employee records, attendance, and leave documentation. I contributed to an HR policy manual covering KRAs, performance appraisal frameworks, and employee relations processes.

For my academic research project at Lucas TVS Manufacturing, I studied how supervisors' emotional intelligence affects employee trust and psychological safety. I collected, cleaned, and analysed survey data from 100+ employees using SPSS and presented actionable recommendations.

I'm building a career in talent acquisition and HR operations, supported by HR handbook development, Excel dashboards, HR MIS reporting, and a foundation in statutory compliance.
