I’m a dedicated HR professional focused on talent acquisition, onboarding, and building strong employee experiences. I bring hands-on expertise in coordinating HR activities to keep hiring and HR operations running smoothly.

In my most recent role as an HR Executive at Evosar OPC Pvt Ltd (May 2024 - April 2025), I owned talent acquisition and supported employee onboarding. I also handled attendance & payroll coordination, including documentation and coordination for Labour Laws compliance.

I’m especially energized by employee engagement initiatives, where I contribute to T&D coordination and team player coordination to improve engagement and consistency across HR processes. Alongside execution, I aim to improve efficiency in everyday HR workflows.

Earlier, as a Recruitment Intern at Analytic Algo (Sep 2021 - Dec 2021), I assisted in recruitment and onboarding, helping strengthen the hiring process. I also advanced my foundation with an MBA (Human Resources) and certifications such as HR AI Automation, Digital marketing, and personality development.
