I am an experienced IT professional specializing in server management and technical support. Currently, I work as a Server Analyst at Webber Wentzel, where I perform systems requirement analysis and ensure seamless integration with various systems. My role involves configuring and maintaining cloud services, managing data storage systems, and providing end-to-end IT operational support. I take pride in my ability to evaluate disaster recovery plans and collaborate with service providers to ensure efficient server functionality during critical situations.
