I am an experienced IT professional specializing in server management and technical support. Currently, I work as a Server Analyst at Webber Wentzel, where I perform systems requirement analysis and ensure seamless integration with various systems. My role involves configuring and maintaining cloud services, managing data storage systems, and providing end-to-end IT operational support. I take pride in my ability to evaluate disaster recovery plans and collaborate with service providers to ensure efficient server functionality during critical situations.

Prior to my current position, I served as a Support Administrator at Webber Wentzel, where I was responsible for delivering effective technical support and problem resolution for all IT services. My experience also includes working as a Desktop Support Engineer at Capfin, where I provided first and second line support, managed escalations, and created process documentation. I am committed to continuous learning and currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology while holding several Microsoft certifications.
